The term “Dental Services Organization” or “DSO” refers strictly to the entities that provide non-clinical administrative and business support services, and license the “Eastern Dental” brand name to independently owned and operated clinical dental practices.

  • No Ownership or Control of Dentistry: The DSO does not own or operate the clinical Practices, does not employ or supervise the dentists providing clinical care, and exercises zero control over the independent professional practice of dentistry.
  • Clinical Autonomy: All dental care, clinical protocols, and treatment decisions are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the independent Practices and their respective licensed dentists, dental hygienists, and specialists.

 

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

The content provided on this Website—including text, graphics, images, advice, and general informational materials—is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Your use of this Website, or your submission of any appointment request or inquiry through the Website, does not establish a doctor-patient, dentist-patient, or clinical relationship between you and Eastern Dental or any specific dentist.
  • Consult a Professional: Website content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
