Important Notice on Our Corporate Structure: The term “Dental Services Organization” or “DSO” refers to the entities that provide administrative and business support services and license the “Eastern Dental” brand name to independently owned and operated clinical Practices. The DSO does not own or operate the Practices, employ or compensate the dentists providing clinical care, or exercise control over the practice of dentistry. The clinical practice of dentistry is the sole responsibility of the independent Practices and their licensed professionals.
