Dr. Paul Leary
Dr. Paul Leary received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gannon University in 1985, and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1990.
Driven to offer the best comprehensive dental care to his patients, Dr. Leary continued to develop and master his skills by completing hundreds of hours of advanced education courses in a number of specialties. He is a member of the American Society of Forensic Dentistry.
Dr. Leary lives in Sussex County, NJ, where he is an avid outdoorsman. In his spare time he enjoys reading and crafting jewelry.
Dr. Neha Shah
Dr. Neha Shah attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry. Following Rutgers, she continued her education at The University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey where she received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. She then chose the specialty of Periodontics, and completed her certificate at New York University.
Dr. Shah is board certified by the American Board of Periodontology, which is the highest recognition in the field of Periodontics. She is also an active member of the New Jersey State Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, and also serves on the board of the Tri-County Dental Society. She is also currently on staff at Morristown Medical Center where she enjoys teaching periodontics to the dental residents.
Dr. Shah grew up in New Jersey and currently lives in Morris County with her husband and two children.

Dr. Paul Pfefferle
Dr. Paul Pfefferle attended Montclair State College to receive a Bachelor of Science degree followed by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey to receive a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He chose to become a dentist because as a kid, his two front teeth were broken. He visited his dentist to get them fixed and thought "this is something that I would like to do". He has spent his career previously practicing in private practice offices, and as an Assistant Professor in the Oral Medicine Department at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He has become specialized in oral diagnosis, treatment planning, and all aspects of general dentistry. His approach to dentistry is methodical - examine, diagnose, and treat. He has attended continuing education courses including the Interdisciplinary Treatment Symposium, Zimmer Biomet, and From Practice to Preceptor Zyr Program. Dr. Pfefferle has been married to his wife, Laura for nearly 20 years, and has one son, Scott who will soon be starting college. In his spare time, he is the Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop 23 in Bloomfield, NJ.
Dr. Mona Amer
Dr. Mona Amer completed her original schooling at Cairo University Dental School in Egypt. Following graduation she worked in a general hospital in Saudi Arabia, followed by a private dental office in Cairo, Egypt before moving to the United States. She then completed her dental school education at New York University in 2002, when she received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, followed by a residency program at Woodhul Hopsital in 2003.
Since her education, she worked in her own private practice before recently joining Eastern Dental. Dentistry is her life, and she truly loves it. She has engaged in continuing education courses covering implants, endodontics, Invisalign and periosurgery. She is an active member of American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
She is a mother to two sons, one of which is also a dentist, and four grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys painting, crafts, sewing, decorating, and reading.
Dr. Regina Sudziute
Dr. Regina Sudziute completed both her undergraduate and dental school studies in Lithuania before moving to the United States. When she arrived, she attended the NYU College of Dentistry, where she graduated in 2003 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then completed a General Practice Residency program at Peninsula Hospital in Queens, NY.
Dr. Sudziute followed her childhood dream to be a doctor and help people. When it came to the time to make a decision, dentistry is what attracted her the most, and she found the most interesting. She takes pride in being knowledgeable on the latest techniques and providing the best possible care to every patient who sits in her chair. She has taken continuing education courses on both endodontic treatments and oral surgery.
Dr. Sudziute is married and has one child. She is passionate about making the environment a cleaner, safer place and loves music, gardening and reading.
Dr. Nam Phan
Dr. Nam Phan attended Brundels University for undergrad and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005. He continued his education at Boston University Dental School where he received a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2009, followed by a residency program in Anesthesia.
He has a special interest in providing oral surgery to patients in need, along with treating sleep apnea, TMJ, and laser therapy. He has attended many continuing education courses covering implants and oral surgery techniques. He believes to be an ethical dentist who will do the right thing to care for his patients.
Dr. Phan is an active member of the American Dental Association and was the recipient of a Community Health Award. He has a one year old daughter, Harper and enjoys playing and coaching volleyball. In fact, prior to his dental career, he was a Division III volleyball coach.
