Access Discount Programs are discount dental plans that can dramatically reduce dental care costs for their members. They're a little like PPOs because they include a network of dental offices that agree to charge the same discounted fees to program members. They are not dental insurance plans, in that payment must be made at the time of service in order to receive the discounts. Dental offices like Eastern Dental are reviewed by the plans to ensure they provide plan members with the highest levels of service.
