Moreover, we accept an assignment of benefits from most insurance carriers. For your convenience, we will submit your claims directly to your insurance company. If you have questions concerning your dental insurance, please contact the business department of the Eastern Dental ® office you attend. Financial Obligation To the extent possible, once we have completed your initial exam, we will review our recommended treatment plan and its total cost* with you before performing any major work.
