Patients without dental insurance may purchase Horizon Individual Dental,
a plan offered by Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey,
at any Eastern Dental ® office.
 

Horizon Individual Dental provides significant savings on routine dental services, and there are no forms to complete after initial enrollment. There's never a deductible, benefit maximum or copayment for basic services. After you pay your annual premium and select your Eastern Dental ® personal care dentist, your basic dental work costs $0.

Should you need major dental work, your participation in Horizon Individual Dental entitles you to tremendous savings on most other dental services. Best of all, you don’t have to be a group or association member to get these benefits.
